About Ashleigh

Organizing has been a hobby of mine since childhood. As early as age 6, I can remember de-cluttering my toys and stuffed animals, and giving them away to friends, family or charity. I was (and still am) notorious for organizing family's and friends' pantries, linen closets, storage rooms, etc. whenever I came to visit. I think at this point it would be weird if I came to visit and didn't organize a space.

I graduated from King’s University College with a Bachelor of Social Work Honor’s degree in 2015, and worked on the front lines of social services for many years, before transitioning full-time to professional organizing.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

I am a Trained Professional Organizer and member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), the national association that represents professional organizers across the country. To learn more about Professional Organizers in Canada, please visit their website here.

I am also a Somatic Experiencing® Post-Advanced Graduate with Somatic Experiencing® International (SEI), which is a body-based approach for renegotiating and healing trauma. To learn more about Somatic Experiencing®, please visit their website here.
